【摘要】:ThisspecificationcoversrequirementsandtestmethodsforthematerialandpropertiesofsolidplasticshapesmanufacturedfromUHMW-PE.Thepropertiesincludedinthisspecificationarethoserequiredforthecompositionscoveredandarederivedfrommoldedsamplesorfabricatedfromsheet,rodandprofiles.RequirementsnecessarytoidentifyparticularcharacteristicsimportanttospecializedapplicationsmaybedescribedbyusingtheclassificationsystemgiveninSection.Thisspecificationallowsfortheuseofrecycledplastics(asdefinedinGuideD5033).ThevaluesarestatedinSIunitsandareregardedasthestandardinallpropertytables.Forreferencepurposes,EnglishunitsarealsoincludedinandTableA.Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportionsofthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.Note1-ThereisnoISOequivalentstandard.
