【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoverspolytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)filledmoldingcompoundsmadewithvirginPTFEresinsdefinedinSpecificationD4894,exceptTypesI,IV,V,andVI.Note1ThisspecificationcanbeusedasamodelforotherPTFEcompoundshavingparticulatefillersthatcansurvivethesinteringtemperaturesofPTFEascanthoselistedinthisspecification.ThisspecificationisrestrictedtovirginPTFEbaseresinfortechnicalreasons.Recycledorreprocessedmaterialcannotbeprocessedsuccessfully.Note2Thepropertiesmeasuredoncommerciallyfabricatedpartsmaydifferfromthelistedvaluesforsamplespreparedbytheproceduresgiveninthisspecification,dependingonpartgeometryandprocessingparameters.Note3ThereisnoISOequivalenttothisspecification.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thefollowingstatementappliestothetestmethodportion,Section,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SeeandNote0foraspecificwarningstatement.
