【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirements,verificationandtestprocedureforthelongitudinalloadmomentindicators(LLMI)andlongitudinalloadmomentcontrol(LLMC)systemsoperatingintheforwarddirectionforselfpropelledvariablereachtruckscoveredbyEN1459.ThisEuropeanStandardcompletestherequirementsofClause5.8.4LongitudinalstabilityofEN1459:1998TheLLMIhasbeendesignatedbythewordslongitudinalsafetywarningdevicesinEN1459ThisEuropeanStandardcoversLLMIandLLMCsystemsforstationarytrucksperformingloadingorplacingfunctionsonconsolidated,stableandlevelground.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcovertheriskduetolateralinstability,orinstabilityduetothetravellingofthetruck.TheLLMIandLLMCarenotintendedforwarningoftheoverturningriskwhilstthetruckistravelling.NOTEAcknowledgingthat,atthetimeofpublication,therequirementsincludedinthisEuropeanStandarddonotrepresentthestateoftheart,atransitionperiodof24monthsispermittedafterthedateofpublication,suchthatmanufacturerscandeveloptheirproductssufficientlytomeettherequirementsofthisEuropeanStandard.
