【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC15504providesoverallinformationontheconceptsofprocessassessmentanditsuseinthetwocontextsofprocessimprovementandprocesscapabilitydetermination.Itdescribeshowthepartsofthesuitefittogether,andprovidesguidancefortheirselectionanduse.ItexplainstherequirementscontainedwithinISO/IEC15504,andtheirapplicabilitytoperformingassessments.Readersofthisguideshouldfamiliarizethemselveswiththeterminologyandstructureofthedocumentsuite,andthenreferencetheappropriatepartsofthesuiteforthecontextinwhichtheyproposetoconductanassessment.AmoredetaileddescriptionoftheuseofISO/IEC15504isgiveninclause4.
