【摘要】:Thesetestmethodsprovideameanstomeasurequantitativelythebondintegritybetweentheouterlayersofthetransparencyandtheinterlayer,ortomeasurethecohesivepropertiesoftheinterlayer,undervariousloadingconditions.Thesetestmethodsprovideempiricalresultsusefulforcontrolpurposes,correlationwithserviceresults,andasqualitycontroltestsforacceptanceofproductionparts.Testresultsobtainedonsmall,laboratory-sizesamplesshownhereinshouldbeconsideredindicativeoffull-sizepartcapability,butnotnecessarilyusablefordesignpurposes.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverdeterminationofthebondintegrityoftransparentlaminates.Thelaminatesareusuallymadeoftwoormoreglassorhardplasticsheetsheldtogetherbyanelastomericmaterial.Thesetestmethodsareintendedtoprovideameansofdeterminingthestrengthofthebondbetweentheglassorplasticandtheelastomericinterlayerundervariousmechanicalorthermalloadingconditions.
